A graduate of Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a concentration in Marketing, Tim Kayes moved to Rochester in 1986. He joined RE/MAX Realty Group in 1997 to be part of the best real estate firm in Rochester.
Tim voluntarily coached at both travel soccer and basketball when his children were younger. Andy is in the mortgage business in sunny Nashville and his brother Ben joined Tim in March of 2015 to form the TimKayesTeam here at RE/MAX. His daughter lives in DC. Tim loves to participate in sports, not only as a fan, but as an active participant. He enjoys basketball at the Eastside YMCA on Rte 250 and he is an active member of Penfield Country Club. He is also extremely familiar with most of the 20 or 30 private golf clubs, including the additional 50+ public courses. His experience in negotiating contracts will benefit you, whether you are buying or selling a home. Tim's goal is to provide his clients with the best service possible when moving. After a decade in the customer service industry, Ben decided to put what he has learned about exceptional service into a real estate career. The most logical choice was to partner with his Father, Tim, who has over 30 years of real estate experience in both Residential and Commercial real estate. Throughout the last 7 years at RE/MAX Realty Group, the Kayes Team has been able to both reach, and exceed their real estate goals.
Ben's business focus is based on a philosophy of building relationships, listening to the customer and helping them achieve their goals. It is less about selling and more about how to create value for people. Ben has a clear and successful plan to help buyers and sellers. Excellent negotiation skills are also part of the package.
